Hualu HDPE High-density Polyetheylene is a geomembrane manufactured from verified top-quality high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins to meet the most stringent usage requirements. Durability and resistance in the waterproofing of all types of storage or encapsulation of liquid or residues.
Hualu HDPE contains approximately 97.5% polymer and 2.5% carbon black,antioxidants and thermal stabilisers . It dose not contain additives that can migrate or cause fragility over time.

Documentation
Each roll of geomembrane has its own identification number,each roll have Quality Certificate of Control.The individual control sheet, or roll certificate, contains details of the results of the tests carried out on the geomembrane in line with the frequency set in the quality control plan. These roll certificates are dispatched to the customer with each delivery.
Quality Control
The Hualu quality is designed to provide customers with the highest standard of quality control and reduce our product returns rate to zero. THe masterbatch raw material are analysed upon arrival at our factory to ensure that meet the requirements set by our technical department.
The product is controlled during and after manufacture by the approved plant laboratory and is finally subject to a check list during handling and loading by the logistics department. The checklist covers a wide range of aspects, from the quality of the affixing of labels all the way through to the cleanliness of the roll. Nothing is left to chance
