Chemically inert and resistant to most hydrocarbons,these liners are the industry standard for a wide range of applications.

Features
Low permeability
-hdpe lining systems are secure because leachate does not penetrate them .methane gas will not escape from the HDPE cover system .and rainwater will not infiltrate and HDPE cap.
Chemical Resistance-HDPE ,resistant to a wide range of chemicals ,is not threatened by typical solid or hazardous waste leachates.It is also suitable for sludge and secondary containment  around chemical storage facilities
Ultraviolet Resistance-HDPE's resistance to UV exposure is further enhanced by the addition of carbon black .Additionally ,with the absence of plasticizers ,volatilization is not a problem
 Refilective Factor-HDPE geomembranes in white as well as black.A white surface helps mitigate liner temperature extremes and aids visual inspection

  1. Machine direction(MD) and cross machine direction(XMD) average values should be on the basis of 5 test specimens each direction
      Yield elongation is calculated using a gage length of 33mm
      Break elongation is calculated using a gage length of 50mm
  1. The yield stress used to calculate the applied load for the SP-NCTL test should be the manufacturer's means value via MQC testing
  2. Other methods such as D4218(muffle furnace) or microwave methods are acceptable if an appropriate correlation to D1603(tube furnace)can be established.
  3. Carbon black dispersion(only near spherical agglomerates) for 10 different views:
       9 in Categories 1 or 2 and 1 in Category 3
(The manufacturer has the option to select either one of the PIT methods listed to evaluate the antioxidant content in the geomembrane.
  1. It is also recommended to evaluate samples at 30 and 60 days to compare with the 90 days response.
  2. The condition of the test should be 20hr.UV cycle at 75C followed by 4 hr. Condensation at 60C.
  3. Not recommended since the high temperature of the Std-OIT test produces and unrealistic result for some of the antioxidants in the UV exposed samples.
  4. UV resistance is based on percent retained value regardless of the original HP-OIT values
